ERMA HOUSE SUFFERS DAMAGE, NO INJURIES

There were no injuries resulting from a house fire in Erma Wednesday afternoon.  Fire officials say a fire was located in the front portion of the home located on Meadowview Road shortly after 12 Noon.  One person was home and was able to evacuate safely. ##

RESCUERS GIVE SIX DOES OF NARCAN, SAVE LIFE IN VINELAND

Six does of Narcan were used to save the life of a 41 year old Vineland man last week after he overdosed on heroin.  Vineland Police say the six doses were needed to get the man to breath normally.  He was found in a vehicle near West Sherman Avenue on April 25th. ##

4,000 BAGS OF HEROIN CONFISCATED IN ATLANTIC COUNTY DRUG BUST

Authorities have confiscated 4,000 bags of heroin from a 30 year old man in Linwood during two separate drug busts.  Police say Richard C. Roycroft was arrested two times in five days on various drug possession and distribution offenses. ##

POLL: MANY LIKE BOOKER, BUT DON’T WANT HIM AS PRESIDENT

A new Quinnipiac University poll shows 57 percent of New Jersey residents approve of the job performance by Senator Cory Booker, but more than half of the respondents don’t want Booker to run for President.  The poll also gives President Trump a 35 percent approval rating. ##
