LOCAL COMMUNITIES ADDRESS TRASH, RECYCLING SCHEDULES

Local communities are putting out advisories regarding trash and recycling collection schedules.  Avalon and Ocean City will return to once per week collections starting on September 11th.  Middle Township’s trash and recycling service will be delayed for a day during the week of Labor Day, due to the holiday on Monday. ##

AVALON ENFORCING CONSTRUCTION TRAILER PARKING ORDINANCE

Avalon Mayor Marty Pagliughi says his community is actively enforcing an ordinance that regulates construction trailer parking.  Pagliughi says one trailer was towed last week after it was illegally parked, twice, in Avalon against the Borough’s trailer parking ordinance. ##
