Yes, you can tint your car windows too dark and one local police department is cracking down on it.  The Daily Journal reports that the Vineland Police Department is cracking down on violators of the state’s window tinting regulations; fines can approach $54. ##

TWO BUSTED IN NORTH WILDWOOD FOR DRUG DISTRIBUTION

REPORT: OCEAN CITY SEARCHING FOR NEW BASEBALL COACH

Chris Mesinger has resigned as the head coach of the Ocean City High School baseball team after a 32 year career.  Mesinger’s teams won 360 games and two State Group III championships during Mesinger’s tenure, according to Brian Cunniff of the Gazette Leader. ##

DIRECTOR OF NJSIAA TO RETIRE IN JANUARY

The director of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association is calling it quits in January.  Steve Timko has announced that he will retire from the position at the end of the year after a half century involving in high school sports. ##
