CHRISTIE ORDERS FLAGS AT HALF STAFF ON SATURDAY

Governor Christie has ordered all flags fly at half staff on Saturday for a Cherry Hill sailor who lost his life last month when a Navy ship collided with another vessel. Kenneth Smith and nine others were killed in the accident off Singapore.

SPORTS: OCEAN CITY CROSS COUNTRY WIN STREAK HITS 83

The winning streak for the Ocean City boys’ cross country team has reached 83, and counting. Tom Williams reports exclusively on www.CoastSportsToday.com that Ocean City won three more meets at the New Jersey Motorports Park in Millville Tuesday, pushing the team’s winning streak to 83 in a row.

NJSIAA NAMES LARRY WHITE ITS NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Larry White is the new Executive Director of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association. The Association members unanimously selected White to serve as its eighth ever director; he has served as the assistant director for over a decade.
