WOODBINE FIRE COMPANY GETS $100,000 GRANT

A $100,000 federal grant is coming to the Woodbine Volunteer Fire Company. Congressman Frank LoBiondo announced that the grant will be used to help obtain critical life saving equipment. Woodbine received $52,000 from the same program 15 years ago. ##

FATAL ACCIDENT ALONG ROUTE 55 THURSDAY MORNING

There’s been another fatal accident on Route 55 in South Jersey. State Police say the accident occurred around 3am Thursday in the northbound lanes of the highway approaching Route 40. A pickup truck collided with a dump truck; police say it appears that it was a wrong way accident. ##
