CAPE MAY POLICE OFFERS PROJECT MEDICINE DROP BOX

Cape May Police are now participating in Project Medicine Drop.  Chief Anthony Marino told Coastal Broadcasting that residents can drop off unwanted medications in the box at any time at the police station, located on Washington Street. ##

KILO OF HEROIN, COCAINE AND WEAPONS SEIZED FROM PLEASANTVILLE MAN

STONE HARBOR PORTION OF 7 MILE BEACH FILL COMPLETE

The Stone Harbor portion of the spring beach fill project is complete.  Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company completed the placement of sand on Stone Harbor’s beach on Monday.  Avalon was also part of the project and received nearly 1 million cubic yards of new sand. ##

TUESDAY, PRIMARY ELECTION DAY IN THE GARDEN STATE

Tuesday, primary Election Day in New Jersey.  Voters head to the polls to select party candidates who will square off in the November elections.  Locally, republicans have to choose two candidates among a field of three to run for the State Assembly in our First District.  Polls close Tuesday at 8pm. ##
