AVALON DISCUSSES MUNICIPAL AUDIT, BOND RATING

Some outstanding news for the Borough of Avalon was announced at the Wednesday Council meeting. For the eighth consecutive year, Avalon received no suggestions for improvement in its municipal audit. Business Administrator Scott Wahl also announced Avalon has maintained its AAA bond rating from Standard and Poor’s. ##

MAN SHOT DEAD IN ATLANTIC CITY, SUSPECT AT LARGE

An Atlantic City man was shot to death in the city Tuesday night, and police are still searching for suspects. Police say 28 year old Anthony S. McCrae was shot multiple times Tuesday night on Lincoln Avenue. The investigation continues. ##
