STATE’S TOP FEDERAL JUDGE GOING TO PARTIAL RETIREMENT

New Jersey’s top federal judge is going into partial retirement.  Chief Justice Jerome Simandle is assuming senior status and will be replaced by Judge Jose Linares.  Simandale will now hear a reduced number of cases; he’s 68 years old. ##

COFFEE WITH COMMISSIONER IN WILDWOOD CREST SATURDAY

Wildwood Crest Commissioner Don Cabrera will be hosting an informal “Coffee with the Commissioner” event this Saturday at Borough Hall.  Cabrera will discuss Borough issues in an informal setting with any member of the public who stops by.  Another similar event will be held July 22 ##

MAJOR MILESTONE FOR LOWER TOWNSHIP POLICE LIEUTENANT

A major milestone has been reached in the career of Lower Township Police Lt. William Priole.  Priole graduated from the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Academy.  Three other members of the department have also completed this program. ##

VINELAND POLICE SEARCHING FOR MISSING TEENAGE BOY

Vineland Police are searching for a 14 year old boy who has been missing since Monday.  Terrance Williams frequents areas in Vineland, Bridgeton and Atlantic City.  He was last seen at his home on South East Street. ##
