SEVERAL SHORE TOWNS HOSTING FIREWORKS JULY 4TH

Several shore communities will be hosting fireworks displays on Tuesday evening, July 4th. Avalon, the Wildwoods, Sea Isle City, Ocean City and Atlantic City will all be hosting shows at various times this evening. Music to accompany Avalon’s fireworks will be simulcast on WCZT. ##

MAYS LANDING MAN FINISHES SECOND IN HOT DOG CONTEST

A 33 year old man from Mays Landing finished second in the Nathan’s Hot Dog eating championship on Tuesday. Carmen Cincotti chowed down 68 hot dogs and placed right behind Joey Chestnut, who was able to gobble down four more for a total of 72. ##
