It’s an offense of Boating Under the Influence, and the United States Coast Guard and New Jersey State Police are both on the lookout during the holiday for boaters who may appear to be intoxicated. DEMOCRATS NOW FIGHTING ABOUT LACK OF A STATE BUDGET
