SOUTH JERSEY GAS TO RESTORE STREETS IN OCEAN CITY

South Jersey Gas will be restoring streets in Ocean City this week.  The utility will be repairing streets that were disturbed during the installation of high pressure lines earlier this year.  Portions of Asbury Avenue and West Avenue will be affected. ##

NEIL YOUNG PROMOTED TO CITY MANAGER’S POST IN CAPE MAY

Neil Young is the new city manager in Cape May.  Young was promoted by the Cape May City Council during its meeting on May 2nd.  Young has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Cape May for the past four years. ##

NJ MAN INDICTED ON CHARGES HE INTENDED TO BUILD BOMB FOR NYC

A 20 year old man from Ocean County has been indicted on charges that he was going to support ISIS by building a bomb to be exploded in New York City.  Gregory Lepsky is accused of trying to build a pressure cooker type bomb to explode in New York.  Lepsky is from Point Pleasant. ##

WILDWOOD CRESTS POSTPONES BIKE PATH CEREMONY UNTIL MAY 12TH

Wildwood Crest has postponed a ceremony scheduled for today to recognize a new monument along its popular bike path.  Rain has rescheduled the event for next Friday, May 12th, at 6:00pm. ##
