SPORTS: OCEAN CITY GIRLS LACROSSE ADVANCE IN TOURNEY

The Ocean City girls’ lacrosse team advanced in the NJSIAA tournament with a 19-11 win over Senaca on Tuesday.  That puts the Lady Red Raiders in the South Jersey championship game at Moorestown.  And, the Ocean City baseball team’s playoff game with Delsea was rained out on Tuesday; it will be played on Wednesday. SPORTS: FIELDS WINS RACE AT SOUTH JERSEY NON PUBLIC MEET

Wildwood Catholic’s Charles Fields won the 100 meter dash race at the South Jersey Non Public B sectional meet on Monday.  Fields posted a time of 11.02 seconds in the race.  Wildwood Catholic’s Rakim Coyle placed second in the triple jump.
