ROAD CLOSURE IN LOWER TOWNSHIP SATURDAY FOR “WHALE” FESTIVAL

A portion of Clubhouse Drive in Lower Township will be closed to motorists this Saturday for the annual “Whale of a Day” festival. Lower Township Police say the roadway will be closed from Town Bank Road to Elmwood Avenue Saturday from 6:00am until 5:00pm. ##

FIREWORKS TO BE HELD TONIGHT IN LOWER TOWNSHIP

Lower Township will be the host of the only fireworks display in Cape May County this evening. The Township has a festival along the bay starting at 5pm between Lincoln Boulevard and Emerson Avenue. FORMER LONGTIME SERVICE STATION OWNER AL CREMIN, 63

Funeral services will be held next Thursday for former longtime service station owner Albert Cremin who passed away Saturday at the age of 63. Cremin owned and operated Crimin’s Citgo and Sunoco in North Cape May for a quarter century. ##
